Delivery and Refunds Policy
Shipping fees are automatically calculated for you on your order on a per item basis. The Hanley Formula is only available in New Zealand.

Rural Delivery Fees
In addition to standard delivery fees, rural delivery fees are charged on orders under 100 kg as follows:
One ticket for every 20 kg at $4.00 plus GST.
Standard delivery will be within five working days. If you haven't received your parcel within five working days please contact us on 0800 426 539.
A signature is required on delivery (or instructions where goods may be delivered safely).
Hanley Supplements does not accept responsibility for any goods not signed for on delivery. We regret we cannot accept PO Boxes as a delivery address.
Our goal is to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM, excluding public holidays). We will contact you by phone or email if there is a problem processing your order.
We do not freight products internationally.
Refund Policy
Refunds for online purchases will be given at the discretion of management. An administration charge may be deducted from any refunds made to cover processing costs.
